Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the GHL Radar service and the website at www.ghl-radar.com (collectively, the "Service") provided by Red Letter Investment Group LLC ("RLIG," "we," "us"). By installing the Service from the HighLevel Marketplace or otherwise using it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, do not install or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) have authority to bind the agency on whose behalf you install the Service; and (c) not be located in a country subject to a US embargo. The Service is offered to businesses, not consumers.

2. The Service

GHL Radar is an informational intelligence product that aggregates, structures, and presents publicly available information about the GoHighLevel platform's roadmap, releases, Lab features, and known issues. The Service is independent of and not affiliated with HighLevel Inc.

We make no warranty that the Service is exhaustive, accurate, or current. Features may appear, change status, or disappear at HighLevel's discretion; the Service's lifecycle stages and confidence grades are RLIG's best-effort interpretation, not HighLevel statements.

3. Account and access

You access the Service through HighLevel SSO. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your HighLevel agency. You will not (a) share or transfer access credentials, (b) attempt to circumvent tier entitlements, (c) reverse-engineer the Service except as permitted by applicable law, or (d) use the Service to compete with us by republishing our registry verbatim.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Free tier is offered indefinitely subject to these Terms.
  • Paid tiers (Insight $9.99/mo, Focus $29.99/mo, Portfolio $49.99/mo, or a successor or custom plan) are billed monthly in advance through the HighLevel Marketplace.
  • Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • Cancellation. You may cancel any time from the Marketplace. On cancellation, paid features remain available through the end of the current billing period; thereafter your agency drops to the Free tier.
  • Refunds. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable. We may issue prorated refunds at our discretion for documented Service outages exceeding 24 hours.
  • Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply to the next billing period.
  • Taxes. Prices are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for any sales, use, VAT, or similar taxes other than taxes on RLIG's income.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other tenants' data.
  • Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract the Service's content for republication.
  • Interfere with the Service's integrity, performance, or availability.
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or distribute malware.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of niche profiles, watchlist items, support messages, and any other content you submit. You grant RLIG a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service for your agency. We do not use your content to train third-party models.

7. Our content

The Service's feature registry, UI, code, documentation, and branding are owned by RLIG or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for the internal business operations of the agency on whose behalf you installed it. No other rights are granted. "GHL Radar" and "Agency Radar" are trademarks of RLIG. "HighLevel" and "GoHighLevel" are trademarks of HighLevel Inc., used here descriptively for compatibility.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RLIG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND TITLE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE REGISTRY WILL BE EXHAUSTIVE OR ACCURATE. THE SERVICE IS NOT FINANCIAL, LEGAL, OR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. RLIG'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

10. Indemnification

You will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RLIG and its officers, employees, and contractors from any third-party claim arising out of (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, or (b) content you submit to the Service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for material breach of these Terms, fraud, or activity that endangers the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling from the Marketplace. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.

12. Privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Broward County, Florida, for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact legal@ghl-radar.com and attempt good-faith resolution for 30 days.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via in-app notice or email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, your remedy is to cancel and uninstall.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RLIG regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
