FAQ

Questions worth answering up front.

How does billing work?
All billing is processed by HighLevel through the Marketplace. Radar adds a subscription line to the same agency-level invoice you already get from HighLevel — no separate credit card on file, no separate vendor.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from the Marketplace listing in your agency settings. You keep paid-tier features until the end of the current billing period, then drop to Free automatically.
What happens to my niche profiles if I downgrade?
They're preserved, not deleted. If you drop from Portfolio (5 niches) to Focus (1 niche), you simply pick which one stays active. Re-upgrading reactivates the rest — re-scoring runs in the background.
Does Radar read my clients' data?
No. The app installs at the agency level only, requests minimal OAuth scopes (identity + SSO), and never reads sub-account contacts, conversations, opportunities, or any client-facing data. We've made "no access to client data" an architectural invariant.
How fresh is the data?
The registry is continuously refreshed — new announcements typically land on the board within minutes to hours of being public, and the dashboard itself reads a CDN-cached registry that revalidates frequently. You will not be the bottleneck.
What if HighLevel changes something and Radar misses it?
Coverage is deliberately redundant — losing visibility on any single channel still leaves the rest, and the confidence model surfaces any gap (a feature with only one weak signal carries a reported badge, not confirmed). If you ever spot something we missed, tell us — we'll hand-promote and investigate.
Is this an official HighLevel product?
No. Radar is built and operated by Red Letter Investment Group LLC, an independent agency. We're a HighLevel Marketplace developer; we're not affiliated with HighLevel Inc.
Do you offer a higher-niche enterprise tier?
Yes — we'll spin up a 10-niche or custom tier for large agencies on request. Contact us with your niche list and we'll quote.
